Is there an entry fee?

Visitor entry is free of charge. Registration is mandatory.

How can I book a ticket or E-Pass to the event?

Are children allowed?

This is a B2B Trade Show. Persons aged under 16 years and infants in arms are NOT allowed to enter the exhibition halls.

Do I need to show a valid ID for entry?

Kindly carry your E-Badge for entry if you have already registered. If you have not registered yet, you may complete your registration at the exhibition venue and collect your Visitor Badge at the registration desk.

Can we do retail selling or buying?

Retail selling and buying are not permitted at Denim Show. The event is exclusively for business-to-business transactions.

Where can I find the floor plan for the event?

You need to click on the Exhibitors and click floor plan in the dropdown menu where you will be able to view the event floor plan.

Whom should I contact for exhibitor-based inquiries?

For exhibitor-related inquiries, please click on the “Enquire to Exhibit” button and fill out the details on the website. Our designated sales person will contact you.

Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, visitor and exhibitor parking is available at all venues.

Where can I find the Exhibitors list?

Go to the ‘Exhibitor’ tab in the menu. Click on the ‘Exhibitor List’ to view who all are exhibiting at Denim Show.

Where can I find information About Denim Show?

By clicking on ‘The Show’ tab on the left side of the menu bar and go on to the first option in the dropdown. If you require more information, write to us on info@gartexindia.com about your query, we will be happy to respond to your specific concern.

Where can I find the floor plan for the event?

You need to click on the Exhibitors and click floor plan in the dropdown menu where you will be able to view the event floor plan.

Where can I find information on Denim Show’s past events?

To find information on past events you need to write/contact our event team directly with your queries because once an event is over our team updates the information on the official website for the next edition.

Where can I find business contact details?

On the main menu bar, there’s a ‘Contact’ tab. Click on this and enter your details along with your phone number. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
